Flagship Ambassadors are ranked from entry-level Voyagers to elite Commodores, each with unique responsibilities and escalating rewards.

From creating content, engaging communities, and hosting local events - to helping grow Flagship and turn users into long-term believers. Your impact determines your Rank.

🧭 1. Voyager (Entry Rank)

Who it’s for: Active community members.

• Participation: Just join our channels and engage. No pressure.

• Responsibilities:

  • Be an active observer

  • React, reply, and occasionally share content

  • Complete basic social verification

• Rewards: None but you unlock eligibility for higher Ranks.

• Recognition:

  • Official community member status

  • Access to ambassador updates and opportunities

🌍 2. Navigator (Community Contributor)

Who it’s for: Active community members contributing ~2hrs daily.

• Participation: 50+ hours/month in community channels

• Responsibilities:

  • Share content regularly (retweets, comments, Telegram activity)

  • Bring engagement ideas

  • Start guiding others and answering questions

• Rewards:

  • TBA $FYI/month

  • Social recognition on channels

• Recognition:

  • Listed as an official Navigator

  • Featured in shout-outs and leaderboard drops

🫡 3. Captain (Content Creator)

Who it’s for: Content-driven Ambassadors (videos, blogs, threads, memes)

• Participation: Minimum 1 video OR 2 content pieces/week (+ around 45 days of Navigator activity in case you seek promotion)

• Responsibilities:

  • Create content: YouTube Shorts, Threads, Blog posts, Reels, Posts

  • Contribute to frameworks, playbooks, and templates

  • Educate and mentor the community

• Rewards:

  • TBA $FYI/month

  • Tangible rewards (possible merch, bonuses)

• Recognition:

  • Featured on main channels

  • Eligible for early access to features and campaigns

🌐 4. Admiral (Community Leaders)

Who it’s for: Regional leaders or those running strong local/global communities

• Participation: 10 major contributions/month

• Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional groups (250+ members)

  • Host events (Twitter Spaces, meetups, AMAs)

  • Coordinate with Captains and Flagship team

• Rewards:

  • TBA $FYI/month

  • More tangible rewards (gifts, paid ops)

• Recognition:

  • Ambassador of Record for your region

  • Considered for strategic campaigns and even paid projects

🧠 5. Commodore (The Top 1%)

Who it’s for: Power contributors, influencers, or strategic operators

• Participation: 2-5 key initiatives/month + high-impact referrals

• Responsibilities:

  • Co-design strategy with Flagship team

  • Advise on brand growth, expansion

  • Support elite ambassador campaigns

• Rewards:

  • TBA $FYI/month (case-by-case basis)

  • Premium perks, paid opportunities

• Recognition:

  • Public recognition as top-tier partner

  • Co-branded content

  • Long-term collaboration with Flagship leadership
